Are Morphe Palettes worth the hype?

Morphe palettes are EVERYWHERE. I have seen every type of Morphe palette plastered all over my Instagram feed, consisting of the most gorgeous colours. So, I had to get one! I’ve had this Morphe 35T palette for a few months now after receiving it as a birthday present from the best Brother evaaa. As they are on the slightly pricey side for makeup, I know lots of people may be a little hesitant towards buying it. Therefore, I thought I would review it all, letting you all know whether the Morphe palettes are REALLY worth the hype!

THE PACKAGING

The Morphe palettes consist of 35 different shades which come in a large, black palette. The palette came in a box (which made me feel v fancyy!) and also had bubble wrap inside the box, giving it an extra layer of protection which was great as it meant none of the shadows was damaged. The packaging is on the simpler side, it’s just plain black, with the Morphe logo on the front. There’s no frills or fancies which I quite like as it eliminates faffing around with a tricky clasp to open it. It’s just simple- 35 shades of gorgeous eyeshadows.

THE PRODUCT ITSELF

Morphe palettes cost around £23 which is definitely my most expensive makeup product I own- so I did feel a lil’ guilty having it! However, I wasn’t prepared for HOW AMAZING it is! The shadows are INCREDIBLY PIGMENTED, I mean, my brush barely has to dip into the shadow to pick up the product. This is fab as these shadows will last absolutely ages due to how little you need! This particular palette is full of matte and shimmer shades of bronzes, taupes and berries. They also blend incredibly well so even if you don’t have the best eyeshadow brushes in the world, it will look soo fab! Each shadow is different and all go so well together, you could go for an all natural look, or create a stunning berry shadow look or a bronzed smoky one- the possibilities are endless!

MY VERDICT

Simply, this is 100000% worth the hype. Yes, it is £23, but you get THIRTY-FIVE gorgeous shades which are by far the best quality shadows I have ever used! I am IN LOVE with this palette, I find these shades look great with my green eyes but I know would look so great on anyone! Morphe have so many different palettes- crazy bright colours, dark plums or bronzed browns- they have it all! As Morphe is an American brand, I purchased mine on CultBeauty and the delivery and price were great! So, if you are looking for a new favourite product, get yourself a Morphe palette because YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. AT ALL!

      1. I think it may have to be something I spoil myself on in March! I literally have bought too much already in February so I’m waiting for my next bank account replenishment so it doesn’t look as painstakingly bare, then I will go for it😂❤️

    1. They are so pretty aren’t they?! I wear makeup any day I’m going out and have tried so much over the years- but trust me when I say they are the best I’ve tried! They aren’t too expensive in comparison to many others so it might be nice to treat yourself to it! It’s perfect for the occasions where you do want to wear makeup- and would be a great palette for you to start trying out makeup more!
